Deramic

In this photo shoot for Deramic, we wanted to portray the ceramic pieces not just as objects, but as entities belonging to their own universe. Inspired by the algorithmic nature of their design, we built an artificial yet organic world around them. Each piece carries an internal logic and structure, and our goal was to reflect this sense of completeness through the visual language of the set.

To define the world these objects inhabit, we moved away from the conventional idea of a pedestal. Instead, we suspended the pieces in mid-air, as if unaffected by gravity, to evoke a sense that they exist outside our reality. In doing so, we aimed to present Deramic’s algorithmic aesthetic in a dimension that feels both physically free and visually timeless.
